Worst insurance company in my opinion.
My bro had to make a claim with them and they dragged it on for 7 months then gave him 3k less than they was ment to.

They've been okay with me for the past 2 years. They explained everything perfectly over the phone and always sent in important stuff way before it's due. They also bumped £100 off the lowest quote I could find, which was pretty low anyway. Never had to put in a claim or anything so I can't say anything about that.

worst company has to be the co-op had to wait 14 months for my money but then they did give me £500 more for my car than i paid for it a year before the crash lol

Seem ok for my girlfriend's Hyundai Coupe. When renewal time came around they weren't that much cheaper but after talking to them on the phone they knocked about £100 off and already quite low quote.

Never had to make a claim though.
