Right ive seen the old competition in this section and sadly i wasnt around whey back when to take part so ive taken it upon myself to start a new one!

I'm thinking we choose a car and a track then all post our times up here?

my fave cars are the tuned elise and the tuned V6 clio

i think the best track for it would be the eiger nordwand mountain track forwards

whats everyone think? i have the logitec steering wheel aswel which should make it easier

i think we should use pro driving physics aswel to make it abit more challenging

Good plan... the full version of GT5 isn't out until November.

Since we've got an admin meeting coming up on Monday... I will see if I can blag a (small) prize out of the club funds.

if prizes are involved we may need some sort of proof of laptime haha, will a photo of the time do or is there a way to share laptimes online or something so others can see you actually got it lol

just take a pic of your laptime with a piece of paper next to it with your name.

I think you can view all the times on the lap record board and compare it with your friends, so if everyone adds everyone involved, it would be pretty easy to check and verify.

i need to build something to put my steering wheel on before i start, the tray thing is shite, ends up moving a lot when the force feedback kicks in lol

We can do what we did last time, where we run this over a couple of weeks as people's laptime gets faster & faster then only require a photo for the fastest on the deadline. Just saves people constantly uploading photos if they dont want to.

i prefer the rear wheel drive excitement of the clio personally but not to fussed either way lol
